No matter the client - the setup should be the same. As long as you follow these steps then it should work.
Download client of choice
Add domain to client - it will need to have https:// at the beginning to make sure to either add it or that the app pre-fills it. For example, streamyfin does but swiftfin does not. (ex. https://finleys-media.com vs finleys-media.com)
log in using the user id and password
