My client isn’t connecting to a service!

First, refresh/restart the page/app.

If persists - check the URL being used, it may need the full URL (https://<service>.finleys-media.com) instead of the shortened one (<service>.finleys-media.com). 

If the page is loading fine but you’re not able to log in - reach out to me as I may need to create you a user.

If it still persists, either create a ticket from the home page (TBA) or reach out to me.
